The Stonewall Riots at the Stonewall Inn in Manhattan’s West Village took place on June 28, 1969 and for some days after. Standing up to the bully inspired a generation in the struggle for LGBT Rights.
New York is a creative city so we are very LGBT and LGBT friendly. New York City is one of the places in the world where you can really be who you are, and be appreciated for it.
