Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM)

The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) is a music school that has grown into one of Brooklyn’s main cultural centers for film, theater, dance, music, art and talks. New Yorkers call it BAM.

The Dance Africa festival is a BAM Memorial Day Weekend tradition.
