Philippine Independence Day is June 12, 1898.
New York City’s Philippine Independence Day celebration normally includes a Mass, opening ceremony, parade, street fair and cultural festival. In 2020, New York City is on pause to manage the COVID-19 pandemic, so this year’s celebration moves online.
