Three Kings Day Parade NYC 2023 Marks the End of Christmas

January 1, 2023 by New York Latin Culture Magazine

Three Kings Day Parade NYC (Tak/Adobe)

The Three Kings Day Parade NYC 2023 marks the Hispanic Christmas gift-giving day at the end of the Christmas Season, by marching through “El Barrio” East Harlem.

We’ll never forget one Three Kings Day Parade when we saw a young child holding the doll the Three Kings gave her. That doll was the most precious object in the universe, and the child’s look of contentment was unforgettable. This is a big deal in Hispanic communities.

The 46th Three Kings Day Parade NYC 2023 with Annette Aguilar & Stringbeans, BombaYo!, and Fogo Azul marches up Park Avenue from 106th St to 115th St in “El Barrio” East Harlem on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 11am – 12noon. FREE! 🇧🇷🇳🇮🇵🇷🇪🇸

The parade theme is community mental health and wellness. Remember that you are not alone. We are all a little shaken by the pandemic, war, and inflation. Don’t hold it in. Talk it out with family and friends.

The Three Kings Day Parade is followed by El Museo’s Three Kings Day 2023 Celebration, featuring Milteri Tucker, Bombazo Dance Co, and a parranda at El Museo del Barrio from 1-2pm. FREE! 🇵🇷
