Ballet Nepantla Spring 2019 Gala
Spend the evening with Ballet Nepantla as we celebrate the creation of our new production, ‘Valentina,’ a collection of stories that speak to the strength and resilience of women during Revolutionary Mexico. By fusing contemporary ballet with traditional Mexican folklorico, ‘Valentina’ tells stories of struggles and triumph, and explores the spaces between love and hate, hope and despair.
At this evening’s gala, Ballet Nepantla will be previewing ‘Valentina’ prior to its New York City debut at the 14th St Y in Manhattan’s East Village, April 10th – 14th.
