Saturday, August 24 ~ The 8th SalsaMania party opens Salsa Week at Stepping Out Studios in NoMad, NYC from 8pm to 3am.
Sunday, August 25 ~ The 11th La Vieja Guardia party is at the Copacabana club in Times Square, NYC from 7pm to 1am.
Monday, August 26 ~ The “In the Heights” Uptown pre-party is at Opus Lounge in Inwood, NYC from 8pm to 3am.
Tuesday, August 27 ~ Latin jazz legend Bobby Sanabria talks about The Creation of West Side Story Reimagined at the National Jazz Museum in Harlem, NYC from 2:30pm to 7pm.
Wednesday, August 28 ~ The New York Salsa Congress Pre-Party is in La Clave room at Iguana in Midtown, Manhattan from 8pm to 1am.
Thursday, August 29 ~ The New York Salsa Congress Magenta Launch Party is at T-Mobile in Times Square, NYC from 2pm to 5pm.
Salsa Labor Day Weekend
Thursday, August 29 ~ Palladium Nights party in the Broadway Ballroom of NY Marriot Marquis from 11pm to 4am. The dress code is the Palladium Era. That’s where jazz and latin mixed at the Palladium Ballroom on Broadway next to the old 52nd street row of jazz clubs from 1947 to 1966.
Friday, August 30 ~ Dancing to live salsa by Doug Beavers featuring Herman Olivera at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square from 11pm to 4am.
Saturday, August 31 ~ Dancing to live salsa by Moncho Rivera at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square from 11pm to 4am.
Sunday, September 1 ~ Dancing to live salsa by Tony Vega at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square from 11pm to 4am.
