The celebration starts with the Parade Queen’s Coronation on Sunday, July 10, 2022. Several events follow the parade and festival.
This is New York City’s main Peruvian celebration. Paterson, New Jersey is the center of the Peruvian Diaspora in the United States. NYC’s “Little Lima” is on Market Street in downtown Paterson. The Peruvian community has grown into Clifton and Passaic.
