- Corbett vs. Dempsey’s showcase of drawings by Emilio Cruz and canvases by Omar Velázquez, both of different generations of the broader Caribbean diaspora, whose work engages their national and ethnic identities through allegory and allusion; 🇨🇺🇵🇷

These are all “wow” artists, and we don’t usually see much Caribbean art at this show. This is our heritage. Let’s go see it. The people watching is great and we love to talk with the art dealers too.
