Giordano is a bandleader, historian, and collector who is the leading American specialist on Jazz Age music of the 1920s, 30s and 40s. He’s an Italian American Grammy award-winner.
Vince Giordano & the Nighthawks Orchestra have provided the music for many film projects including a number of Woody Allen films, Francis Ford Coppola’s “The Cotton Club,” and Martin Scorsese’s “The Aviator.” Giordano won a Grammy for his work on the HBO series “Boardwalk Empire.”
