White | Black is a monochrome group exhibition of work by art stars, including a few Latins, at Acquavella Galleries in Manhattan’s Upper East Side from August 13 – September 28, 2018.

White | Black

Some artists have such a distinctive style that you can spot it right away, even at a glance. Showing paintings, sculpture and works on paper of such artists in pure white and black, with no gray, is an interesting way to compare and contrast styles.

It shines a light on the unique aesthetics of each artist. In a way, showing very different artists together like this makes the viewer more intimate with each one.

Latin Artists in the Exhibition

American art stars in the exhibition include Keith Haring, Robert Longo & Andy Warhol.
