The exhibition considers what a landscape is and how we see our country through that lens. Nari Ward represents American life through a salvaged liquor sign. Catherine Opie photographs suburban mini-malls. Teresita Fernández speaks to what is unsaid through a charcoal map of the United States. Tim Rollins & K.O.S. painted over literature and music.

American Landscape is at Lehmann Maupin, Tuesday – Saturday, March 15 – May 5, 2018. The exhibition opens with a reception on Thursday, March 15 from 6 – 8 pm.
