The Art on Paper international art fair is on Pier 36 in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Thursday-Sunday, March 7-10, 2019. From $25

The Art on Paper art fair shows a lot of prints and photographs, but also interesting works that use paper as the medium, as in papier-mâché.
