Carlina Rivera

Carlina Rivera is a young protege of New York City Council member Rosie Mendez.

Rivera is a New Yorker with a Puerto Rican heritage. She was born in Bellevue Hospital and raised in the Lower East Side.

Rivera has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marist College (2006).

Rivera is a Democrat.
