New York City’s Columbus Day Parade is America’s biggest celebration of Italian-American heritage, culture and achievements.
75th Columbus Day Parade
The 75th Columbus Day Parade marches up Fifth Avenue on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 11:30am to 3:30pm. FREE
Red carpet performances are between 47th and 69th St.
Performances will be broadcast live on WABC-TV (7) from 12pm to 3pm. ABC reporter Ken Rosato, media personality Maria Bartiromo and radio host Joe Piscopo serve as Masters of Ceremonies.
This year over 100 marching groups, 24 parade floats, 35 vehicles and over 20 marching bands will entertain over one million spectators.
2019 Honorees
Grand Marshal Massimo Ferragamo, Chairman of renowned Italian fashion footwear company Ferragamo USA will lead the Parade.
Giovanni Colavita, CEO & President of Italian olive oil company Colavita
Cosimo Bruno, Gerardo Bruno and Giuseppe Bruno, leaders of the family run Sistina, San Pietro and Caravaggio Italian restaurants in New York City and La Sirene in Larchmont.
Rosanna Scotto of Fox 5’s Good Day New York will receive the Columbus Foundation’s 2019 Humanitarian Award.
Italian Entertainers

- Classical tenor Alfio
- Broadway performer Francesca Cappeta and her “Caravan of Angels”
- “The Italian Fairy” Simona Rodano
The red carpet will feature a special performance by cast members from Disney’s hit Broadway show Alladin. Clinton Greenspan and Arielle Jacobs will sing the musical hit A Whole New World.
The West Point Academy Military Band will perform The Flag Still Flies High.
Special Guests from Italy
Italian dignitaries and delegations from Bergamo, Sicily, Genoa and Milan will join the parade.

Saturday, October 12, 2019 ~ A black-tie Gala to benefit Parade scholarships is at the New York Hilton.
Sunday, October 13, 2019 ~ A ceremonial wreath-laying at Columbus Circle.
Monday, October 14, 2019 ~ Columbus Day Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral at 9:30am
