Francisco Moya is the New York City Council Member for District 21 in Queens.
Francisco Moya was born in Corona, Queens in 1974. He earned a Master of Public Administration at Baruch College, and a B.A. in Asian Studies from St. John’s University.
Moya got his start in politics as an aid to U.S. Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez.
Moya was elected to the New York State Senate in 2010.
