This major international loan exhibition looks at seven hundred years of sculptural practice, from 1300 to now.
How have artists represented the human body? How do they make bodies look real or unreal?
About 120 works are drawn from The Met’s permanent collections, international museums, and private collections. The work includes masterpieces, rarely seen work, mannequins, and other models.

New York State residents, and New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut students with a valid ID can pay what you wish at the door.
Tickets are valid for three consecutive days at The Met Fifth Avenue, The Met Breuer, and The Met Cloisters.
