New York Marathon 2022 is Fun to Run and Fun to Watch

The New York Marathon 2022 brings about 50,000 runners from around the world to all five New York City boroughs (counties).

Cheering for thousands of people as they run past is a pretty good feeling. Everyone gets pumped up. If you’re not running, it’s fun to have lunch somewhere on the marathon route. First Avenue in Manhattan has many restaurants.

It may seem silly, but is actually very cool. Perhaps it taps into the essential New York character of striving. So many people come to New York to reinvent themselves and improve their lives. The professionals run through very quickly, but most people are striving just to finish. Hooray!
