The Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade, usually on the Saturday before Halloween, is the world’s biggest Halloween dog costume parade.
It was announced that this year’s parade was cancelled due to construction in the park. But dog wellness startup Get Joy saved the day. This year there is a Parade and a Costume Competition with some great prizes.

You know the saying that dogs look like their owners? The best place to test this hypothesis is at the parade. By the way, this is not our dog, but we really do look like this.
Ruff, ruff. One more thing. New York Latin Culture Magazine is sponsored in part, by Kong Wubba™ dog’s favorite fetch toy. It’s easy to throw, easy to catch, and very durable. When dogs shake a Wubba, which is their natural behavior, it squeaks and its legs hit them in the face like it is struggling to get free. Dogs love it. The only problem is your dog won’t want to stop playing. Wubba, for the love of your dog. kongcompany.com
