The Redhawk Indigenous People Day Pow Wow celebration is on Randalls Island, NYC on Sunday, October 13, 2019 from 11am to late and on Monday, October 14 from 7am to 2pm. FREE

The celebration is a festival of dance, music, song, spoken word and prayer. It’s in Randall’s Island Park, in front of Icahn Stadium on Randalls Island. Note there is no parking on Randalls Island.
Sunday, October 13, 2019 ~ 11am to late. Sunday night is a Hunter’s Moon, so the pow wow should be especially beautiful.
Monday, October 14, 2019 ~ 7am to 2pm. The highlight is a sunrise ceremony at 7am.
The Redhawk Native American Arts Council
This organization of Native American artists and educators preserves our Indigenous heritage and does arts in education outreach in Metropolitan New York City.
The Redhawk Council represents artists from North, Central and South America; the Caribbean and Oceania. It is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York City.
