Billboard Latin Music Awards are one of the oldest Latin music awards, and remain one of the most important. The event has grown into Billboard Latin Music Week a Latin music industry conference.

Billboard Latin Music Awards 2025

Billboard Latin Music Awards 2025 nominations are announced on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

Bad Bunny, the Puerto Rican reggaeton singer who has become the world’s biggest pop star and one of the most famous contemporary Americans, leads with 27 nominations for “Debí Tirar Más Fotos,” a record.

Fuerza Regida, the Regional Mexican band from Los Angeles has 15 nominations for “111XPANTIA.” They started as a cover band playing house parties, but have grown into a musical force.

Rauw Alejandro, the Puerto Rican reggaeton singer, has 14 nominations for “Cosa Nuestra.” He is softening the reggaeton sound and expanding it into other urban forms.

Karol G, the Colombian reggaeton singer, has also expanded across the urban landscape with 10 nominations for “Tropicoqueta.” She has such a distinct voice and seems to connect with everyone.

Tito Double P, the Mexican urban singer has 10 nominations for “Incómodo.”

Peso Pluma, another Mexican urban singer, has 9 nominations for “Exodo.”

Billboard Latin Music Awards 2025 are at the Fillmore Miami Beach in Florida, and broadcast live on Telemundo and Peacock; on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 8pm. From $197.

It’s exciting to see how Latin music has taken over and inspired the world.
