ColombiaFest IV Feria de Servicios is at Penn Plaza Pavilion at 401 Seventh Ave (at 33rd St) in Chelsea, Manhattan, Saturday – Sunday, October 21 – 22, 2017 from 10 am – 5 pm (6 pm Sunday).
