Cuban Parade 2018 is Metro NYC’s big Cuban celebration

The Cuban Parade of New Jersey (Desfile Cubano de New Jersey) marches from North Bergen to Union City, New Jersey on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 2 – 5 pm.


18th Cuban Parade 2018

The first Cuban Parade of New Jersey was in 2000. Today over 100,000 people watch the parade.

This year’s parade is dedicated to the memory of Israel “Kiki” Romero, a “Citizen of the World” originally from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, who left us in 2014.


Cuban Parade 2018 Gala

The 2018 Cuban Parade Gala is at La Reggia Restaurant in Secaucus, New Jersey on Friday, May 18 at 7 pm. $125

The Gala includes a cocktail hour, dinner, open bar and entertainment. Celia Cruz award recipients and parade honorees will be recognized.

Online reservations are now closed, but tickets can be purchased at the door.


2018 Celia Cruz Park Star Dedication Ceremony

Classic car in Cuba

The Ceremony is Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 12 noon.

Celia Cruz Park is at Bergenline Avenue and 31st St, just off the 495 (Lincoln Tunnel).


Cuban Parade 2018

The Cuban Parade of New Jersey (Desfile Cubano de New Jersey) marches down Bergenline Avenue from 79th St in North Bergen to 43rd St in Union City on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 2 – 5 pm.

The Parade forms at the entrance to James Braddock Park at 11 am.

No political campaigning is allowed on the parade route. Let’s just have fun!

To participate in the parade, register here by early May. If accepted, you should receive an approval letter by May 15.
