Tony Bennett’s Heart Will Always Be in San Francisco

Tony Bennett is a legendary Italian American pop and jazz singer from Astoria, Queens. He is the greatest living American Songbook singer. His signature is “I Left My Heart in San Francisco.”

Bennett scored a number of hits in the 1950s, made an adult radio comeback in the 1960s, faded in the Rock era, and made a huge comeback in the mid-1980s and 1990s that made him popular across the generations. At 95 (2021) Bennett is still going strong and is still popular.

Bennett plays the St George Theatre in St George, Staten Island on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 8pm (7pm doors). From $86. This show is cancelled because the doctor told Bennett to take a break from performing. “One Last Time” with Lady Gaga at Radio City Music Hall, may have been his last public performance.
