About

Hudson Yards NYC (Francois Roux/Adobe)

Hudson Yards was built over the West Side railroad yards. The development opened in 2019.

Watching it being built, we wondered what on earth The Vessel was. It reminded us of the framework for old natural gas storage facilities. It’s actually one of the world’s largest selfie spots.
