The FIAF Crossing the Line Festival Brings Great Francophone Performers to NYC

The FIAF Crossing the Line Festival 2022 brings a diverse group of Francophone performing artists to New York City. Ooh la la.

One of the legacies of French colonialism today is a diverse group of French speakers all around the world. The FIAF Crossing the Line Festival brings really interesting French-speaking artists to New York City. It is reprogramming the colonial narrative in an inclusive manner. This is modern France. C’est bien!

The French mind is a little different from the American one (to say the least). There is a simple, but profound sensitivity to humor, irony, and visual design that is uniquely French.

The 15th FIAF Crossing the Line Festival 2022 of Francophone performing artists is at FIAF and venues across New York City, September 9 – October 28, 2022.
