New York Mets 2025 Roster is OMG!

New York Mets (Jerry Coli/Dreamstime)

New York Mets play Major League Baseball in the National League East at Citi Field in Flushing Meadows Corona Park.

After a slow start in 2024, shortstop Francisco Linder pulled the team together and the Mets finished with a great postseason run, winning the National League East. They are having fun, and that seems to have made the difference. Good management, lots of spirit, and the acquisition of superstar outfielder Juan Soto (who led the Yanks to the World Series last year), with the biggest professional sports contract ever, makes The Mets one of the baseball teams to watch in 2025. OMG!
