The 116th Street Festival is on Third Avenue in El Barrio East Harlem on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 11am – 5pm. FREE
The 116th Street Festival is an annual June street fair in East Harlem, Manhattan. It offers family activities, food vendors and live music.
The Festival is the day before the National Puerto Rican Day Parade. The entire weekend is filled with Puerto Rican cultural events.
116th Street east of Fifth Avenue is the main business district of Spanish Harlem (El Barrio).
The 116th Street Festival is the Northeast’s biggest Latin street fair. More than 200,000 people join the party.
