Orchestra of St Lukes (OSL) is a chamber orchestra based in New York City. It is currently led by French Canadian Principal Conductor Bernard Labadie. His speciality is Baroque and Classical repertoire.

Earth Works: Music for Our Planet
This program is based on a movement, by the Gabriela Lena Frank Creative Academy of Music, to envision a future that is just and green.
Lena Frank is a Grammy nominee and Latin Grammy winner. She is Composer-in-Residence at the Philadelphia Orchestra. An American of Peruvian Chinese Lithuanian Jewish descent, Lena Frank draws inspiration from diverse composers including Bela Bartók and Alberto Ginastera (Argentina), and the many traditional cultures of Latin America. 🇵🇪
The “Washington Post” named her one of the most significant women composers in history.
Orchestra of St Luke’s Tickets
OSL’s home is The DiMenna Center. The Box Office sells tickets for The Center, Morgan Library and Brooklyn Museum. Tickets for other venues are sold by hosting theaters, but are available from OSL’s website.

OSL Began in Greenwich Village
OSL was founded in 1974 at the Church of St. Luke in the Fields in the West Village.
Today the Orchestra is in residence at The DiMenna Center for Classical Music in Hell’s Kitchen, and performs at venues across the City including Carnegie Hall, the Morgan Library, and the Brooklyn Museum.
OSL has made over 100 recordings and is one of the orchestras that regularly premieres new works.
Bernard Labadie is Principal Conductor. He is French Canadian originally from Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
Pablo Heras-Casado is OSL’s Conductor Laureate. He was OSL’s Principal Conductor from 2011 – 2017. Heras-Casado is originally from Granada, Spain.
