The Cuban Cultural Center New York or Centro Cultural Cubano de Nueva York, preserves and promotes Cuban culture in New York City, since 2002. In particular, they run a nice film program that screens Cuban films that you won’t see anywhere else in New York.

Pianist Bebo Valdés, was the long time Tropicana Music Director and patriarch of the Valdés musical family Chucho Valdés.
