A Global Brand

The \ energy drink is originally from Thailand. An Austrian company partnered with the founders to take the brand global in 1987.

The company does lots of brand marketing. They sponsor the New York Red Bulls in Harrison, New Jersey and the Red Bull Batalla international Spanish freestyle rap competition.

They used to produce a Music Academy which created a lot of interesting content, but it closed in 2019.
