Midtown East NYC

Midtown East Manhattan is east of Fifth Avenue between 42nd St and 59th St. It’s the home of many iconic New York City buildings along Fifth Avenue and 42nd St.

The United Nations makes the neighborhood popular with diplomats. The UN General Assembly in September puts the Midtown East into gridlock. Its best avoided during that time.
