Things To Do in NYC in April 2025

Things to do in NYC in April 2024 (Dark1elf/Dreamstime)

Things To Do in NYC in April 2025 include the Easter Parade, Mega Mezcla, Ballet Hispánico, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Broadway openings, baseball and soccer.

April 1-6 | 7-13 | 14-20 | 21-27 | 28-30

April is Arab American Heritage Month, a national celebration of Arab culture and the contributions of Arab Americans to the culture and prosperity of the United States. One of the most consequential Arab Americans was Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple Computer who changed modern life with the Macintosh computer, iPod music player, iPhone mobile phone, and iPad tablet. If we didn’t allow Arab immigration, we wouldn’t have Apple.

There are no U.S. national holidays in April, but Passover, Holy Week and Easter, and Earth Day are popular festivals.

April weather is mid-spring, so it can be cool or warm, with average temperatures of 45°-64.°
